2025 Swim Schedule

We are so excited to get started!

We teach levels beginner to advanced. Our students range from small children (3.5 years + potty trained) to adults. In addition to swim team prep and extra training, we offer cross training sessions for all athletes. Swimming is a great non-impact workout that builds endurance, muscle strength and heart health.

Each is a 90 minute private session broken up into either a 3 days of 30 minute classes (typically Monday-Wednesday) or 2 days of 45 minute classes (typically Thursday-Friday). Scheduled slots vary per session.
